Dame Tristia was CEO of TalkTalk Group from March 2017 until August 2024, joining the Group board as non-executive director from September 2024.

Since moving TalkTalk’s HQ to Salford in Greater Manchester in 2019, Tristia has worked to develop community engagement programmes in the North West. TalkTalk today partners with local food banks and other community interest projects to help disadvantaged families and children in the area.

Tristia is an Independent Non-Executive Director at NEXT Plc, the Trustee Chair of homelessness charity Crisis, and an Honorary Trustee for the national charity Ambitious about Autism. She’s also a member of the CEO board and a founding member of the industry campaign against online harm, Internet Matters. From 2011 to 2020, she served as Trustee at Comic Relief.

Dame Tristia received a DBE for services to the telecommunications industry in the 2024 New Years Honours list. The citation also referred to her focus on recruiting, promoting and inspiring women in technology, and her charitable work.
